The ideal candidate:
Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
- Working knowledge of IP based networks and subnet mapping tools and processes
- Working knowledge of IT helpdesk best practices
- Working knowledge of change control and change management best practices
- Working knowledge of WSUS (Windows Server Updates Services)
- Working knowledge of Exchange /Outlook patch management and anti-virus tools
- Working knowledge of client backup and encryption tools and processes
- ITIL v3 certification
- Proficiency in industry leading technology services tools.
- Demonstrated good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- 6+ years relevant experience with High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years relevant experience with Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years relevant experience with Master's Degree
Excellent oral and written communications skills - Fluent Portuguese - English helpful
Job Description and responsibilities:
Services Technical Consulting Consultant is responsible for successful deployments and customer readiness for Dell's SaaS Services. This role is part of the SaaS Gloabal Onboarding team.
- Responsible for all phases of implementation planning, technical discovery and project plan creation and management.
- Responsible for technical deployment and enablement of SaaS offering, including hosted and customer side components.
- As needed, provide a "trusted expert advisor" role as a Subject Matter Expert for technical services, to both internal and external customers.
- Conducts technical training of service usage and administration for all appropriate SaaS services. Must be able to work remotely using WebEx or MS LiveMeeting as well as occasional travel to customer locations.
