The ideal candidate:
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of modern software programming languages and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
- Application programming experience in C#, C, C++, Win32, TCP/IP, multi-threaded applications and COM
- Experience with Test Systems, Data acquisition, USB, device drivers, NUnit, XML and EE concepts are desired
- Project leadership experience and capability
- Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to interact with engineering and other technical staff
- Possess the skills to effectively communicate with customers
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
Education and Experience:
- Minimum BSCS, BSCE, or BSEE with 7-10 years of software development experience.

DEPARTMENT: Software Engineering TITLE: Senior Software Engineer POSITION TYPE: Full-time, Salary, Exempt REPORTS TO: Director of Engineering SALARY RANGE: Commensurate with experience
A Software Engineer who will be a contributing member to the success of the team responsible for the software development for the DTS Product line. This position may require occasional travel.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Project leader in software development process to architect, design and implement application software to support DTS products
- Maintain existing application software and custom software solutions
- Write specification documents, design documents, test plans, and progress reports
- Perform software testing and verification
- Work with technicians, engineering and consultant staff as needed
- Provide support to DTS Technical Support Staff and Customers
- Participate in design reviews, software process development activities
